The Scottish Children’s Lottery supports the charity the Jackpot Community Trust. Money raised from players of The Scottish Children’s Lottery will be used to support children in Scotland.

Your rights as a customer where we change terms and conditions, including cancellation are detailed in our rules at 9.51, 8.1 and 8.2.

Guaranteed Daily Draws Promotion

By entering into this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is available to customers aged 18 years and over, who are resident in Great Britain and are registered to play Scottish Children’s Lottery. 2. Customers defined as an ‘excluded person’ as per Scottish Children’s Lottery rules will not be able to enter into this promotion. 3. The promotion starts at 00:00 on 1 December 2025, and ends at 23:59 on 31 December 2026. 4. All subscription customers will be entered into a free daily draw, with the chance to win prizes as advertised on our websites. 5. The minimum prize total offered per day will be £10 and the maximum prize offered each month in the promotional period will be £2,000. Prizes are paid by MBC ELM Limited. 6. Prize winners will be drawn at random from all current subscribers (including newly signed up subscribers awaiting to join the main game). 7. Draws may take place up to 7 days in advance of the actual prize date or as otherwise advertised on our site. 8. Prize winners title, first initial of surname and town location will be publicised on our website within 14 days of each draw taking place. 9. Prize winners will be notified of a win via email and any cash winnings will be sent automatically to their bank account within 14 days. 10. If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be eligible for the free daily draws. 11. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be valid. 12. The Promoter, MBC ELM Limited on behalf of The Scottish Children’s Lottery reserves the right to cancel, extend or vary the promotion by giving notice on our website. 13. The promotion does not form part of the Scottish Children’s Lottery draw.
