For subscriptions taken out from September 2022, you’ll find all your details in your welcome email or letter. If you need any help, simply call us on 0330 1233951.

If you subscribed before 2022 or have bought a ticket for an individual draw then you can log in to your account by using this link here. If your email or password are not being recognised, please contact Player Support. If you have forgotten your password, please click the forgot link to reset.
